BEST STAFF EVER!!! Stopped by on Oct 10, 2pm. Greeted as we walked in. I was traveling through, hadn't been to a Carl's in... years. It was suggested to get the tenders and I'm so glad I did. If they were any fresher, I would have been in the kitchen. Mydad got the new sourdough burger. He said it was perfect. Our fries were also super fresh. The drive trhu speaker doesnt work. The speaker has been thwir since i was like 4 yrs old and now I'm 30 and it still doesn't... work and they move us from paying they say xan you move forward and we bring you your food and they still lagg about 20 mins sowe have to honk so they can bring our food and that is so annoying to do every single day staff are noy ment for thatrestaurant..there for carls jr i wpuldnt recomend for drive thru and please eould you guys put a NEW DRIVE THRU SPEAKER WE DONTWANT THE 90S speaker their we can not hear it specialy because the freeway its next to it to loud noise chek tge speaker itsOOOOLLDDDDDD! Today, we drove our granddaughter to Carls Jr. In Soledad to use her school Star Pals certificate and of course, order... additional food. It was about 7:35 pm, and the young lady at the drive through tells us she?s out of kid?s meals. We ask if shecan just a small burger with fries and she reiterated, no we have none. You can not use that Star Pal certificate today at all.Really? Why does management even issue these reward for students! No restrictions on coupon except one coupon per customer. It?sabout the kids! The customer service here was great. I didn't initially type anything aside from the stars because I was in a hurry. But I... absolutely had to add it in later. The staff was super friendly and as we were eating I could hear them speaking to one anotherand they seemed to enjoy being there. It's hard work. I've done it. Read more
