I came for the bathroom, stayed for the food. All the gas station restrooms were closed so my last resort was a gas station... looking building next to the Fastrip gas pumps and to my surprise it was a little Mexican restaurant! They said the bathroom wasfor customers, and I needed some dinner anyways so thought I would try it out. Now I have been to MANY Mexican restaurants andhave pretty high standards for the quality and authenticity of the food. When they brought out the chips and salsa, I KNEW thisplace was special. They were freshly fried, had a perfect salt balance, and they were thinner than most tortilla chips but itgave them a beautiful crunch! The salsa they had was so good that I had to finish the whole cup of it!! I then proceeded to tryanother salsa they brought out to me that was JUST as delicious! Each with their own unique flavor profile! I got a BurritoMojado with Al Pastor and they even put the grilled pineapples in it that normally comes with pastor meat! The burrito wasDELICIOUS! I could only eat half because it was so filling! They also had an option of drink, either Jamaica, Watermelon, orHorchata. I got the Watermelon drink and it was super refreshing and was not too sweet or watery, just a perfect balance! They take too long to make 2 tostadas mixtas and one burrito, 35 minutes waiting…

Had two delicious chicken tacos that reminded me of Mexico. The chips and salsa were super fresh. Really friendly service.
