This place is awful and the manager is a joke. These people get away with being rude and so unprofessional since there is no... other McDonald near by. This place needs a lot to work on. They need to except the messed up your order and fix the issueinstead of arguing with the customer for your mistake. Small town with big attitude. I won't co.e back when I visit. Read more

I told the young lady lady at the Drive-through: ?10 spicy chicken nuggets?, and I received 10 regular chicken nuggets. Second,... I asked for ranch, the receipt incorrectly stated BBQ. Third, the person who handed me my order was disrespectful when I askedfor ranch instead of BBQ sauce. The worst experience was with an older male with a hair clip. He was rude when I tried to use myrewards code on my app. I was unable to use a deal because the deal did not qualify and the description of the deal wasmisguiding. He showed no sympathy or understanding. Next, I wanted to use another deal, but I needed to wait eight more minutesfor the app to allow me to use a different deal, so I paid full price for my order. This employee did not show kindness noroffered to make an adjustment. The taste of the food was not at its regular standards. The bun on the Big Mac was stale and foodwas cold. Lastly, the receipts being printed at this establishment are printed with low ink, and it extremely difficult for acustomer to submit feedback. I have respect for all people and employees, and fast food employees especially work hard, but thisexperience did not represent the usual high standards of customer service. Read more

I went to the curbside pick up for my food said about 5 minutes for food wait. I ended up waiting 20 minutes for me to get... annoyed for waiting so much I had seen someone already go inside and get there food before me so I got off the car to see if myfood was ready and the food was put to the side I was furious about the fact that the manager gave me attitude about me askingfor my order. I asked them how long has my food been sitting there nothing but silence I told em I better not have my food cold.I got home and notice yeah my food is not fresh therefore I am writing this review I honestly never write reviews but thisreally bothered me hopefully they can work on that system because it has not been my first experience like this with curbsidepickup. Tried this stop in Soledad, pretty good, drive thru, walk in, pickup, ap order. Tried the new McPlant, not bad. Tastes like a... grilled burger. If you use the ap, you can customize it. ???? Read more
