Taste Of The Pinnacles with Fred Ledesma and his crew were AWESOME. The BBQ food, music entertainment, the atmosphere was like... partying in your own backyard like family. A true gem that we we're lucky to find. We were tired from a long drive and just wanted a place for a drink and a quick bite... before continuing on our journey. Initially we were a bit weary of the place as it just looks like an old house from theoutside, but when we entered were with greeted with a kind and sincere generosity that is rare in this day in age. Fred Ledesma,the owner, took wonderful care of us as we took up seats at the bar. My wife had a tasting of red wines which were eachfantastic. I had a few Hazy IPAs that were well recommended and we had the cheese plate for a quick bite. Fred insisted that wetry some of the tri-tip as that was popular in the area of Soledad and his recommendation was spot on again. The staff waswonderfully conversant and just kind and fun, period. They even put on the Penguins game for these Pittsburgh folks. We willstop back here as we go up and down the Central valley in the future and we highly recommend this diamond in the rough to otherswho are passing through. Friendly service. Great tasting flight options! Because they use a device that allows them to extract wine from the bottle... without opening it, they can offer just about any wine they have in stock! The charcuterie plate was wonderful as well! Read more
