The Solomons location in Maryland needs to retrain employees. This is the second order I have put in and not received what I... asked for. The bread was not toasted, the condiments were not correct, and the veggies were not correct. I try to give a benefitof doubt, but this is the second time. Should I just come in and make my own sandwich from here on out? I wasn?t about to driveback to the store to complain because for one I was starving and two gas prices are through the roof. I went there Thursday night at 951pm. I got out of work late hadn't eaten all day. The sign said open but they closed at 10 and... they were cleaning (Shell and Alex) I asked if they were still open she said we are closing up. I said all I want is tuna.Shell was willing and took my order. She prepared my tuna sub superbly and with a polite smile and tone. Alex as well help bringsome toppings out. I was previously a customer care associate and that was one of the best customer care situations I haveexperienced in a very long time. Please go there and you'll see for yourself. This Subway was good at one point but now the bread is constantly undercooked and doughy. Not even toasting helps it. For... example the bread I have with this sub is supposed to be WHEAT and it looks whiter the than my bedroom walls. PLEASE cook thebread better. ALSO there was a piece of paper or sticker in my sub so that was lovely. Read more
We recently ordered 4 subs from the Solomons location and just want to say how great our experience was. The 2 ladies working... were busting their tails making multiple on-line orders and taking orders from customers waiting in the store. They were veryfriendly, quick and efficient and I just wanted to give them a kudos and let them know they are greatly appreciated! Read more
