Worked a 15 hour day, came home and ordered food through doordash at 8:01pm Received my food and 8:29pm Tipped the driver went... in sat down to eat. No fork or napkins. Ok get up to retrieve those items. Sat back down, opened up food. Nowhere near what Ihad ordered. Tried calling the store only to get that automatic computer voice that was no help. Grabbed the food, drove upthere arrived at 9pm. Two people were outside, I reached for the door and it was locked. I turned and the one employee said weare closed. I said I doordashed my order and this was nowhere near what I ordered. She again said they were closed and shorthanded. I said I don?t care, you are gonna fix my food. She went in a side door and open the main door. MANY workers werepreparing food still! I asked for the manager and she said she was the manger. She Wanted to know what was wrong with the order.I put the receipt on the counter as well as the food and said you tell me! She said said they were out of the fajita onion andpeppers. I said thats fine. Meanwhile employees were laughing at me. She bagged up my food and I said I?d like a bag of chipsfor my inconvenience since I had to drive all the way up here and she looked at me laughed and said I can?t do that. The worst service I have seen. Ordered on line and the order was 20 minutes late. Only one person was making the food, I... got a half an avocado in my side guac!!! Not even sure how the person got it into the container. Also, the avocado wasn'teven close to be ripe. Called customer service and the person was anything but nice. Did get a refund, but what hashappened to Chipotle being a fun, friendly quality place to eat? It's going to a while before I go back to the Solon Chipotle. The manager was no where to be seen. They need to get out to the front of the store and help those people out! Read more
Years ago this was one of the better Chipotles with both me and multiple co-workers going there once a week. Over the last... couple years however it's gone downhill. Service is average but there is always something off with the food. One day the ricewon't be seasoned, another day the beans will be under cooked and hard, next time the salsa will be flavorless and the chipsstale. I can't remember the last time every component of my bowl was good. Now when we really want Chipotle we drive the 15minutes to the Twinsburg location which is completely out of the way but the food is consistently better. Read more
This is the worst chipotle I have ever been too. The rice was undercooked, all the vegetables were somehow tasteless. They were... out of fajita vegetables. The guacamole was almost completely gone which I got the leftover avocado that wasn?t even smashed.There was only one person working the line and the supervisor or who seemed to be the supervisor was cleaning and working onto-go orders instead of helping the girl working the line. To top it off I got sprite and it was completely out of syrup so thenI poured it out and then they were out of ice and got the last bit of Coke before it was also out of syrup. I have never had a bad experience at Chipotle UNTIL I ate from this one last night. First of all, the restaurant was filthy.... Food everywhere and on everything. The meat in my burrito had a burnt taste and was overcooked. You could tell that the beanshad been sitting there for hours. The service was almost just as bad. Something told me to not eat here before I ordered andpaid but I have them a chance and it turned out exactly how I thought. I absolutely love Chipotle but I will never come back tothis one. Not a well ran location. Staff was not enthusiastic. No music playing in lobby. Long line of folks waiting for to go orders. The... quality of the food was sub par. Rice lacked flavor along with most of the other ingredients. No lettuce available. The chipswere not salted. Haven?t been here in about a year because they weren?t very good back then. I ordered 2 chicken, fajita veggies,corn, red salsa, cheese, and sour cream bowls. My order was ready on time, picked up my... order at 5:30pm. I got home 15min later was about to eat my food, to, what the hell is this. I barely had any food in my bowls.They really need to train their employees how to prepare food. I paid for this!!! This location desperately needs more workers. The folks there are clearly doing their best, but when only only 1-3 people are... there, there's no way they can keep up with the orders. At least 3 times I've ordered online 20 minutes in advance and stillhad to wait 40 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. I suppose that's on me for trying a 3rd time. Something needs tochange.
