We knew better than to go to Solon Panera Bread, but it?s the only one nearby, and we thought we?d give it one more try. ... Ordered 1 regular coffee and 1 cinnamon crunch coffee. Out of coffee, out of creamer, no stir sticks. With the cinnamon crunchcoffee, this is 2nd time in a row that we leave and find out it was made wrong. Tasted awful. Don?t go to this Panera, there?sa reason they only get an overall 2-star rating. Bakery tastes old, not fresh at 11:30am on a Sunday. Won?t be back. Read more
Put in a Rapid pick-up order on a Thursday for pick up at 5:00pm Friday. Received an email at 3:16pm Friday that our order was... ready for pick up....really?! Soup and sandwich were barely warm. To add insult to injury, the baguette was flattened and atleast a day old judging boy the hardness of the bread. And they just left out any pumpkin seeds with the soup. Store had a sticky floor and was gross, at opening time. Waited 10 mins after ordering for nobody to start my order. In a not... busy Store... also was falsley told there are no gluten free options by a rude employee.. i walked out without food. What awaste of my time. Read more
I couldn't believe the size of my salad it's supposed to be a full and it looked like a 1/2 and the bowl was barely filled. It... was so bad I told them I was taking a picture of it. The chicken was very bland look like it had been boiled. $13 forpractically nothing it will be my last visit. Read more
Ordered the New Teriyaki chicken and Broccoli Bowl and it is nothing like the photo on the app. Was shocked that there was... hardly any broccoli, completely misleading. Called to complain and spoke to the manager who was rude and sounded like she was18. Didn?t apologize, just explained that everything is pre packaged for portion control and they just heat it up. She thenpassed me off to someone else who didn?t even introduce themselves. I asked who I was speaking to and she said she was the GMand sounded like she wasn?t much older than the manager. She asked what she could do to help and I asked for a credit or refundjust for my bowl, not the entire order. She said I had to return it, that?s their policy. I was at home already and I wasn?tgoing back out. Since there was nothing else she could do I let her know I wouldn?t be ordering there again and she said ok andgoodbye. I have never had a problem with Panera before. We go there all the time. But they need to get their management back ontrack because this was a horrible experience. This location has the uncanny ability to screw up even the simplest order. Want a grilled Mac and cheese? There will be several... unwanted random ingredients mixed in with the cheese. From delivering completely incorrect items to poor food quality andoutright stale food they do it all. For what Panera charges for food I would expect some attention to detail. Avoid thislocation.
