Margharita pizza was missing sauce, turkey sammie did not come on marble rye. It was ok, but not sure we will return
Ive eaten at alot of the places in Solvang over the years and this palce was an awesome find. Really good Bolognese and the... Vinnie pizza with Caritas was one of the most flavorful & savory but light woodfire pizzas ive ever enjoyed! Definitely a musttry will be going back on the regular. They were short staffed but the server was fantastic today. She took the time to explaineverything and made the pizza recommendation. Plus the food came out rather quickly even though she was the only server. Onething I will say is looking at the reviews didn't make me not want to come but the responses from the restaurant to customersblew my mind. Glad the food was good. Read more
Rude waitress it look like they never acknowledge that we were there took for ever to get seated after getting seated it took... more than 20 mins for them to come and take down our drinks . While there were other families that came after us and theydidn’t waited to be seated and got drinks and food before we even got our drinks We started thinking if it was because of our skin color had to stop waitress to ask why no one had taken our order she reply with someone would be here shortly then Ipointed out other parties that had came after us and were already eating she said they were very busy I understood that theywere busy but why couldn’t they take our drinks we weren’t worth a cup of water for them.. after almost an hr the waitresscame took our drink orders and we put in our food order since they were taking so long . To make story short we never got ourdrinks got our food so late n they forgot my youngest daughter order n our drinks they came and ask again what were our drinksI got really upset asked to speak to the manager n here comes a young lady and I was telling her about how long had we beenseating waiting for at least a cup Of water and she said with a bad attitude “I’m not gonna deal with this right now. I wason lunch took time from my lunch for this “I thought that was really rude and unprofessional from her part so they ended usbringing us boxes to take our food n 2 water bottles.. RUDE .. they made us feel like our money wasn’t worth anything.. notto mention they saw my daughter crying because she started thinking it was a racism thing because the other parties were white..I would never go back .. The reason why I give this restaurant a low qualification is because me and my friend had to wait like 30min to have someone... take our order. We asked a girl, who was cleaning if she could take our order. Her answer: "I let your servers know about it."The server never arrived. Until the same girl that we asked to take our order told another lady who I believe was the managerthat we had been waiting for someone to take our order. The person who I think is the manager apologized and took our order. Thething that I noticed was that two couples who arrived after me and my friend were served right away they got inside. Nice clean quick service ???? the food was good salad ???? delicious no ranch dressing but overall good. And fresh
It was an early diner and they ran out of chicken, and sausage. It was a weekend too, so that was annoying. The servers are... wonderful, but the restaurant, and cooking itself could be better. (Especially for the high prices) UPDATE-I gave my complimentsto where they deserve to go. The servers are great. The food is good. (What they had anyways) That is all. Read more
By far the best wood fired pizza we have ever had! We devoured the two pizzas we ordered between 6 people. Their bread pudding... is phenomenal but please no raisins! Otherwise just so so good. The outside gazebo is lovely with plenty of shade. The staff isfriendly, helpful and attentive. Would love to come back! Read more
Service was great. The Funghi pizza lacked taste and was greasy My guess is im used to pizzza with sauce of some sort. .so i... think if I would have ordered the Margarita pizza I would have enjoyed it since it has sauce The dough is fresh.on the pizza. Ithink a basic cheese pizza for kids might be nice. Read more
