Overall 4.5 (pardon the nighttime photos) - Food 5; Can?t go wrong with sausages and fried sides! But even the beet salad was... delicious. They ran out of hot dog buns but the substituted hamburger buns sufficed. We didn?t get beer but saw many peoplejoyful order the sampler. Service 5; Very courteous. Our order was served quickly and was nice and hot. One of the sausages wasdelayed and they gave us an order of onion rings and cheese curds as an apology. Yum! Ambiance 4.5; All outdoor seating in bigpicnic benches. It was quiet enough that we could sit by a heat lamp because it was a chilly night. The sauces and toppings wereserve yourself. Some of the sauces were clogged and empty. 4 people ~$79 Read more

I wandered around the streets of Solvang looking for someplace interesting to eat, and this place just called out to me.... Communal tables, wonderful aromas, and a festive spirit combined to entice me forward. One of the first things I noticed wastheir impressive beer selection, and they offer tasting flights. A beer float? Sounds awesome, doesn't it? The prices weregood, and the service quick and efficient. I ordered a bratwurst with a fresh toasted bun. Delicious. They have many condimentsto choose from, I went with a Russian mustard that was perfect on my brat. Mustard tang, with a touch of sweet and a touch ofheat. Definitely someplace to check out, and there's a wide array of good food and beer I still have to sample in the future. Read more

My wife and I decided to make a detour through Solvang as we had never visited before. Looking for someplace to eat, Copenhagen... Sausage Garden stood out immediately. We got a 4 sausage sampler, a beet and arugula salad and a couple of beers. After seeingthe the size of the pretzels, I wish I would have gotten one, but we already more than enough food. Everything was delicious. Aswe were finishing up Elise (manager/owner?) stopped by our table to ask how we were doing. After a nice, friendly conversation, she gave us a few sausages to take home. I made some bangers and mash the next day. We will definitely come back again Read more

We finally tried the Copenhagen Sausage Garden in Solvang, and it was an interesting dining experience. Eating outdoors is... always enjoyable, especially if the food is great, and this place did not disappoint! They offered different types of sausages, and a variety of European fare like schnitzel, salads, charcuterie, pretzel, and a wide selection of beers. Their sampler plateof sausages made for fun, delicious noontime noshing. Cheddar bacon sausage was a hit at our table. Various dipping sauces, condiments, and sauerkraut were available at a self-serve bar behind the cashier, next to the beverage pickup window. Lots ofoutdoor seating, but it was so quiet when we went. Wished they played some music. They have a small parking lot right behindtheir stall with tables literally next to the parking space, which will allow you to eat and then jump in your car once youfinish. Staff was helpful, and service was fast. Price of food was not bad. Great atmosphere for eating with your family andfriends. Definitely stop by when in Solvang. Read more

We tried four different types of sausages and we liked them all. There are about ten different kinds of sausages available. We... also had Bavarian pretzel ???? with cheese and it's good too. There are also a dozen or so beer on tap to go with the sausages. At the end we craved for more, so ordered the schnitzel which came with tons of fries. Overall very good experience. Read more
