If this was a bigger city, we would have more options, but we have been going to this Domino?s for years- my family loves the... taste of Domino?s. It has gone completely downhill Unfortunately there is a problem 9/10 times. A variety of issues, including lost or incorrect orders, undercooked pizza, taking over 90 min for orders to deliver. Mistakes are bound to happenbut it is so very frequently. The staff is unfriendly and likely overworked. No customer service skills. It is so veryunfortunate. Read more
They messed up my order, gave burned pizza. I asked for another pizza, they had the audacity to ask for the old one back but... they never showed up to deliver the second pizza. Had to call several more times and I still didn't get a refund. Read more
At 8:30 pm I was denied service because they weren't taking any more orders with a bad attitude. I understand they are busy and... wouldn't mind waiting longer but the attitude was just rude. These place is super clean and super professional, domino's has a very good selection of pizzas and their ingredients are... fresh, I came late night to get some pizzas, I recommend the one with pineapple, jam and jalapeños. bread and some buffalowings and they were good, you can get them without any condiments or dressing and they give it on the side, we had a problem butthe personal was very polite and gave us a very pleasant service and solution. Worse pizza and pick up experience I?ve ever encountered. When we walked in to pick up our pizza, first thing I noticed was the... young girl making the pizzas chewing with her mouth open. I?m thinking is she chewing gum with her mouth open, smacking her lipsor eating something. It doesn?t matter which because I?m sure her saliva is spraying all over the pizzas she making. And now tothe pizza that the cashier never opened to show us and I didn?t open until I got to the hotel, otherwise I would have refused myorder. Worse pizza ever! There was barely any cheese on this pizza. Literally topping on top of just bread. Looked like thewhole pizza inflated with huge air bubbles and God knows where the cheese went, if they even put any.
