Every employee in that place looked absolutely miserable. Sat in the booth for two people last night and our waitress was awful.... I could hear the couple next to us complaining about her as well. How are you gonna bring us our food then not ask if we needanything? No silverware or napkins for 20+ minutes. I asked for a water refill and she never came back, so we left. I lookedaround multiple times and it was not just our table?most of the other people sitting had their glasses empty sipping up meltedice. cheese on nachos were cold also. So I was coming in for appetizers and drinks. I was meeting s friend there she got there about 830. I got there maybe 15 min... later. When I arrived she had still not spoken to a bartender. There were dirty glasses on the bar which I moved towards thebartenders. 10 min later someone finally comes. We order 2 old fashions. But they have no bitters or oranges. So we order ourfirst round. After that we had to wait. To order again once our drinks were empty for a while. Bar was not crowded at all. Hadanother friend join us then it was dirty glasses to the right of him and a shaker. For a good 15 min. We didn't dare attempt toorder food at this point. Couple next to us order something and they again said they don't have the ingredients to make whatthey asked for. Was like the bartenders 1st day on earth. I don't know who is running this place but it definitely needs achange I love all Applebee's. This was by far my worst experience ever. Hope they fix this. There was not enough servers. Our server was wonderful but she was definitely stretched thin. My alcoholic drink was ok it had... basically no alcohol in it. The appetizer was decent but salty. The meal was horrible. Neither my partner nor myself finishedour meals. Read more

I ordered ribs which is something I don't really do that often. I'm not sure when the ribs were cooked but I don't think it was... today or yesterday or even the day before. The food came out curbside and it was cold. Although I checked utensils there werenone in the bag no napkins I called Applebee's twice before I finally got a manager he suggested I bring the food back in Iexplained to him that I ordered curbside because I have a back issue. He didn't sound too happy but I'm guessing it was him whocame to pick up the bag less than 10 minutes later he did come back with the food and it was hot but as I said not sure when theribs were cooked needless to say I won't be going back to that Applebee's I might maybe slim chance give another one a try andorder something that's not pre cooked Read more

Today 08/09/2021 i made a curbside order when I received my food which consisted of something very simple a rack of ribs (no... sauce) and double broccoli i was given specks of broccoli and a rack of ribs that tasted like charcoal so disappointing!
