how do I give 0 stars?? because it does not deserve one. this branch never answers your call and don't order delivery because... they drop off the wrong pizza and won't answer your phone call. totally ruined my dinner experience and I called the customerservice number since the branch does not pick up, and even they don't do anything. I just donated money to a sloppy lazyorganization with poor service quality. I'm sure I'm never coming back, don't risk losing your money here. please. Read more
AVOID THIS LOCATION! Ordered an extra large "The Works" and was given a large pizza instead. The pie also looked like it was... made by a three year old. Ingredients were an afterthought, unevenly distributed one side had all the olives, no pepperoni orpeppers. The crust was amateurishly made as well; I'd say 1/3 of the pizza was just crust. The small cheese pizza was 1/3 crustas well. Don't let me get started on the garlic sticks we got. The only thing consistent were the garlic sauce which, as y'allknow, is packaged. Our ONE PIZZA said it was ready TWO HOURS AGO! Been standing in the lobby for two whole hours!!! The wait time prior to it being... ?ready for pick up? was 65 minutes?so THREE HOURS? And they made it WRONG THREE TIMES!! Just for one pizza..smh..No one knowswhat they are doing! They are calling customers back voiding their orders?people leaving the lobby cause they are also tired ofwaiting?Where is the manager???? Not one employee is offering to remedy the issue in any way. Papa John is trying to kill me! I ordered 2 plain pizzas and when my daughter took a bite there were pieces of sausage buried... underneath the cheese! I am highly allergic! The cheese must be dirty for this to of happened. I called them numerous timeswith no answer! I will NEVER order from them again! Read more
Haven't had Papa John's in years.. ultimately regret my purchase. The crust used to be fluffy and full. Now, it's thin as... paper...and burnt. Also, I ordered bacon bits, not strips. Never again!!! Read more
This was my first time buying papa John?s. I was under the expression that it?s way expensive than domino?s but it is not and... Pizza is really good for the amount you pay. Every Monday is Pizza day for me and my family. There same pizza vary week to week.I believe due to the fact their pizza makers keep changing. But I still love the pizza. I have already submitted this to the complaint website for papa John?s but they would not let me submit this whole thing, nor... the pictures, so that?s why I am coming to here. I contacted the somerdale papa johns and wanted to place an order for pickupbut they had told me they could only give me delivery because of how close it was to closing time (they close at 12). I feltlike it was odd to close pick up before delivery, but They told me because of this they could give me a discount which amountedto $6.44. They asked me my payment method and I told them cash and they said the drive carry?s 20$ so he?d only be able to giveme change in that way I said ok. I called back 10 minutes later because I decided I wanted to change my payment method to card.I called about 10 times and the people who answered the phone (tech team that takes orders and sends them to my localrestaurant) would try to connect me to the somerdale papa johns but no one answers. The phone would ring to no end. Finally Idecided ok I will just pay with cash. The driver comes and I give the driver a 50 and I said just give me 20$ back (giving thedriver a 5$ tip). The driver says he has to go to his car to get the change. He comes back and since it was cold he ran rightback to his car and not giving me a chance to count it. When I counted the driver has only given me back 18$. It could?ve beena mistake, but after all I had went through not being able to get in touch with anyone at this store, this sent me over theedge. The pizza was fine, our other items looked burnt and cold and tasted like they?d been out all day. To make this evenworse, the people who ate the pizza and items we?d ordered, had gotten sick an hour later. Clearly it was stale old leftoverfood we had gotten. **AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST ** Update on our refund: To recap we ordered one large specialty pizza online and had to wait 65... minutes before being notified that it was ready for pick up. When we arrived there were Customers in the lobby yelling at thecrew trying to get refunds and/or their orders. Also two male crew members were trying to fight each other. We decided to bepatient given the chaos and was forced to wait an additional two hours for our one pizza. They got the order wrong and had toremake it three times. The customer service and automated systems are 100% useless, we never get a phone call back. When I didget ahold of them they finally tried to call the store (with me on the line) to grant me the refund.. that?s right they can?t doit the store actually has to approve it. As usual the store didn?t answer the phone. The customer service manager bluntly toldme to dispute it with my bank. So, along with a couple of other customers we are disputing it with the bank.
