Service is non existent. Was in today and was third in line to order. after 5 minutes was still third in line. Now there were... four more in line after me. Girl on the till couldn?t get it to work. There is another till but nobody bothered manning thisone! About 5 staff visible but ZERO service. Pretty useless. Read more

I've always had a great experience at this Dunkin location. For the most part, the staff has always been friendly, and my drinks... have always come out great. The donuts are also good quality as well. I look forward to visiting again soon. Overall Rating:10/10 Read more

I am a manager at AT&T. I don't appreciate an attitude from a rep with glasses when my order didn't have cold foam on it which I... paid $.70 more for and I kept saying "Hey" "hello" like 5 times 2 feet away from him and he finally acknowledged me afterignoring several times. I simply asked "I ordered cold foam for $.70 more...." The rep said "Okay....?" And just looked at melike I was incompetent, which i am far from i run a store.AND Ive worked at dunkin back in the day. Then grabbed the drink fromme and just put it down, the girl asked what it needed and was like "it needs cold foam i guess..." so another attitude problemfrom him. She however was excelent and so was the man who took my order. If someone orders something from my store I can 100%guarantee I would fulfill it or reach out to the customer if we were out (which you were not). This guy needs more training incustomer service and how to fulfill orders. If my rep had an attitude like that I would and I DO fill out coaching forms. If heis a manager, the DM needs to address. If it was the wrong person you surely would lose business with attitudes fromrepresentatives. I will be also leaving a survey on this experience on the receipt for corporate. Read more

Decent Dunkin? Donuts with fast service and lots of other amenities. They had a Baskin Robbins inside with a large selection of... flavors to pick from. There was a pretty good selection of pre made cakes inside. I ended up getting a mint milkshake and aavocado toast. The shake was pretty good but the toast had a very thin layer of avocado. Would have liked more on it. Read more
