The person who I dealt with today, the receipt says ?shahab? although that?s not her name , was the most miserable person I?ve... encountered in a while. She was so rude in the one minute I had to interact with her, I walked up smiling and I?m a good mood,on my lunch break from work, and then left very frustrated. I?ve hosted, been a cashier, waitressed, etc, so I get it you?re notalways in a good mood but the way she spoke to me you would think I personally offended this lady. I have never written a reviewabout someone specifically but she was so rude it was like she was having fun treating the customer poorly. It?s SoOoO CoOl tOBe bAd aT yOuR JoB aNd Be RuDE tO StrAnGerS! Chicken was burnt and disgusting. I usually get barbacoa, but last time at this location it made me sick. Worst part the manager... was the person cooking the food! Read more
Came here for dinner. Walked in, every single table was filthy. The trash was over flowing which caused trash to be everywhere... besides in the can. The place was full of young kids all just standing there doing nothing. Decided to just place a mobile orderand go through the drive through for pick up. Waited an extra 15 minutes because it wasn?t ready. Everyone was ignorant.Terrible experience! Read more
I?ve gone to this Somers Point location many times now and since day 1 it has been a great experience. The food is always fresh,... hot, and ready for my order whether I dine in or pick it up for takeout. Friendly staff and the manager of this location reallytakes pride in owning and operating his restaurant. It?s an excellent addition to SoPo and I?m excited for my next visit. Read more
I am SO glad we have a Chipotle in Somers Point. I?ve come in a good amount of times and I?ve had good and bad experiences. BUT... today I think I met one of your best employees. Ashley greeted me right away and was so personable. She gave excellentproportions of each item I asked for. As we got into talking about Chipotle?s mission I could tell she was so passionate abouthow Chipotle truly cares about where they get their food from. Ashley was passionate about locally sourced sustainable food thatChipotle provides. Even though Taco Bell is right across the street, I would choose this chipotle every time. Went there and ordered to go, the gentleman at the counter was curt and gave us small portions of everything. In addition, the... Guacamole was starting to look dark" but they kept it and still serve it and put it in our order. One and done in this place. Mays Landing is so much better. Read more
