First order was screwed up do to girl answering phone, we gave them a second chance and ordered 4 primo size hoagies $60- 1st... Buffalo chicken cheesesteak with extra cheese and side of ranch?had no buffalo sauce, no cheese and and no ranch 2nd oil wasmissing, 3rd hardly any chicken on chicken cheesesteak, 4th no mayo. Absolutely awful service. Hands down is the worst primos I have ever been to. On top of the fact we were waiting for 30 min for... our hoagies which they got wrong we had to listen to the son and his dad working there fight the whole time. Absolutely noprofessionalism. We have only lived here a few months, but it?s establishments like this that ruin franchise names. As someonewho goes to Primo?s often and has for many years I will never come back to the one in Somers Point. What a disgrace! Read more
My daughter got a Primo cheesesteak and she said it was "OK" , I got the Primo Buffalo Chicken Cheesesteak (No blue cheese and... no other cheese on it? its a chicken cheesesteak (CHEESE Being the key word) So it was Dry to say the least,And there wasnt agreat deal of Meat on it for $12+ (my total bill was $27 and some change) So It ended up in the Dogs Bowl.. Maybe Im just usedto Petes subs ,Julianos Pub and Walts Primo Pizza where its always juicy,saucy,and cheesy ????. *You actually Need a napkin* sothat is my 2nd visit to Primo Hoagies -Not impressed no need to go back. My husband spent $40 on 3 and half subs. The 3 tuna subs came with nothing on it after he order them with lettuce and tomato on... them. I called to express my disappointment and they could not care less. I spoke to the owner and he basically said, well toobad. It a shame my husband really like that place. They lost a customer. Primo hoagies are usually very good, unfortunately the Somers point location is the worst I?ve ever had. Management is horrible,... they always get your orders wrong and then when you get to the office and call them to say what?s wrong they tell you to driveback to the store so they can fix it , they should have just refunded part of the purchase. Instead they wanted me to drive ahalf hour back so they could add the stuff they forgot. Last time I use them for a business function it?s not worth it.Sometimes if you go to the store they will tell you they?re too busy and they are not making subs , Don?t bother going to thislocation go to Ocean City or one of the other locations. This location is great! Ordered a platter for my son's birthday and it was amazing. Everyone loved it. The meat was sliced thin,... the sections of sub were the perfect size, and there were plenty of condiments on the side. Definitely be visiting this storeagain! Read more
We ordered 4 Italian subs and paid $60. All the subs didn?t have lettuce, tomato or onion. I called and a young girl said she... won?t help. Then said I could talk to ?manager? who sounded younger then her. She was so rude that I?m writing this review! Ihave never been talked to like that from a restaurant in my life! She hung up on me. My husband called back and she startedscreaming at him! She said ?my father owns the place and he said call DoorDash? Hung up again! Wow! Wow! Wow! I went to primo hoagies in Somers point. I got a chicken suprimo. When I got it home the chicken was burnt and black . And dried... out. This is the third time I?ve ordered this hoagie and it?s been the same all three times. I never complained before, but thistime I called the manager and told her. Her response was that they changed the chicken and this is the way it comes out now .Never going back again . They definitely lost a customer . She did not even care!!! Read more
