Let's be honest: It's McDonald's, so my expectations weren't that high to begin with. However, when I visit a "fast" food... restaurant, I have a few basic expectations. "Fast" service, friendly service, fresh food, and to at least get what I pay for.Tonight, this location hit only one of those marks: Friendly service. In fact, that is the only thing stopping this review frombeing one star. I waited so long on the car in front of me at the pickup window, I had to place my car in park and shut it off.By the time I finally got my Big Mac combo, the food was as cold as my drink. And the meat patties they used on my NOT SO BIGMac, were as small as what I would have expected to find had I ordered a hamburger Happy Meal. In fact, when I got home I had tofix two packs of ramen just to finish getting full. The sandwich had more lettuce and buns than anything, and the meat pattieswere not even the same size as the buns. Cold Sprite is one thing, but old, cold McDonald's fries and a cold Big Mac is anotherall together. Read more

Fries are cold and hard at night and food is cold. Employees have an attitude that screams you?re bothering me go away.... Disgusting behavior by employees. Pies do not have times on them which is a policy to prevent people from buying old food andgetting sick. Shameful Read more

This McDonald's has pretty good food but waiting 20 mins for curbside pickup is ridiculous.
I literally set in the drive through for 1.5 hours just to get a happy meal..then my kids fries had no salt on them completely... bland I mean who doesn't love McDonald's fries so salty and delicious but not those time...over all I think they need more helpand to try harder on getting the product done and out to the customers. I can remember when you could get your meal free if ittook over so many minutes to receive it. Read more
Drive through was extremely slow with not many vehicles waiting, waited 45 minutes. Still wouldn?t have given a bad review if my... food had been correct. Ordered a #1 with Sprite and the Big Mac had no Mac sauce?not too little Mac sauce, but zero Mac sauce. ABig Mac isn?t a Big Mac without Mac sauce. My 13 year old could do better. Read more
