There is a good group of people there. However, there is one little snot that feels that he is more important than they team.... Mentioned that I would be the reason he gets fired that day.... I was apparently much more important to him than I thought....he's young and hasn't figured out that employers don't really need a good reason to fire incompetent people like him. Read more

My boyfriend and i went to lunch yesterday and honestly i was so impressed by our server Adam! He was super friendly, polite,... and attentive! We absolutely love the food and drinks here! The mini burgers are so good! I tried their new $6 margarita and itwas fantastic! Or ?fangtastic? as they called it for Halloween! We love the table games also! We will absolutely be back! The servers were very nice and seated my party in a quiet area upon request. (I have sensory processing issues) The service was... friendly and kind and accommodating. The store was clean. My only concern was the terrifying way the bathroom lights flickeredon slowly like something from a horror movie. Good food. Awful service. We were seated and we ask for an appetizer. Waitress says okay then walks away. We ordered food and... waited for over half an hour. No appetizer, no food, no refills on drinks. Nothing. Just waiting there patiently for over a halfhour while our waitress was making 10 minute conversations with multiple other groups all right in front of us. After a halfhour just the food comes out, no appetizer, we confront her as to why and she said that she didn?t have her iPad with her? Areyou kidding? That?s not an excuse. We tried our best to be nice about it but come on. We ate the food which was very good (andwhy this gets two stars instead of one), no drinks. Then paid and left. Not even an acknowledgment by our waitress. While shewas chatting it up with everyone else. I come here pretty often but I am considering never returning as that was the worstcustomer service I have ever had at this location. Service was so slow...I ordered a cup of chili to start. All I can say about it is if you like your food to already have a ton... of salt on it then this would be for you. I think I now have hypertension because of it...You could tell it had been sitting awhile because of the "crusty stuff" in my cup..I'm also pretty sure it came from a can since no one could actually take pridemaking that. Would not recommend it. Unusually clean, well run example of the chain restaurant. You probably have a good idea of what to expect - and you're mostly... right. This location has the distinction of currently being staffed with folks who know what they're doing, have at least adecent attitude, and keep the process rolling.
