It?s unbelievable how slow this location is. At least 5 staff members working right now and it?s just me and one other customer... here, and I?ve already been waiting 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches. This is my second time experiencing this and I will just go outof my way to a different location next time. Read more

I would give 0 stars if I could!!! My husband called in an order for 2 sandwiches. 1 large cheeseburger sub and 1 small tuna... wrap. When he went to pick it up 20 minutes later, the kid behind the counter told him he found out they dont make wrapsanymore and asked him if he wanted it in a pocket or a sub instead. My husband told him neither. The kid said I have it in abowl right now. My husband said nevermind he didnt want the order and the kid looked surprised and asked him if he wanted thecheeseburger sub. My husband said no.... You had my phone number, you could have called me back to tell me you dont make wrapsanymore instead of waiting until I got here. My question is if you call in a phone order for a wrap, How did you ring up theorder as a wrap if you no longer have them???? Always an issue at the Somerset d'angelo!!!! Read more

Just stopped by D?Angelo?s in somerset Rte 6 plaza today after several months away out of state. Can?t believe that things have... changed this much. Prices are up and the amount of meat and a sandwich is 20% of what it used to be at best. See the photo, thisis not a joke. It?s a shame these days that companies think they can rip us off like this. They used to think ?that price wasonly an issue an absence of value!? And we?d get some value?.That was standard business practices. What happened? Where is thevalue? How can they think they will continue to acquire new business and keep the customers they acquired? In my opinion, theyare living on yesterday?s accomplishments. We won?t be going there again. We need to speak up folks so they know ripping us offis not ok, otherwise, companies will keep doing the same. UNACCEPTABLE! We prefer to go where we have a value and don?t mindpaying. Online order .sandwiches not as ordered. Went back to get them made correctly. And they made it wrong again..... .put it in a... pocket .I asked for a grinder they didn't know how to correct there second mistake ...so they gave me a peice of stale grinderbread to remake my sandwich at home ... We absolutely love the chicken stir fry pocket. It is absolutely delicious. It just melts in your mouth. Would highly recommend ... recommend D Angelo's. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Walked in today and ordered 3 subs. Small steak and cheese Large chicken vermonter mayo... instead of honey mustard Turkey and cheese I waited inside over 40 minutes and finally, after seeing another gentleman walk upto the counter asking what was taking so long, asked for my money back. As soon as I did I was told by an employee right awaythat my vermonter was done and just waiting on the other 2 subs. I thanked him and said I couldnt wait any longer. I wasrefunded by the manager who not only made no effort to apologize but remained silent for the entire process of refunding myorder. This is the 2nd time theyve screwed me on time waiting for food and I will not be using this location ever again andwarning as many people as I can to avoid it. The manager is useless and doesn't seem to understand how to get his teammotivated or moving yet is perfectly ok with their attitudes and having them listen to their earpods while working. Read more

First let me start by saying I placed the order online at 4:45pm and the pickup time was for 5:21pm. I waited in the parking lot... until 5:20 and when I went inside I was informed by the little boy with a big attitude behind the counter that the order wasn'tready yet. I then stood there for another 15-20 minutes and waited for them to make the order as they had not even started ityet. So here's the worse part. #1 I ordered and paid for extra gravy with my thanksgiving turkey sandwich, but only received 1that I had to ask for cause they failed to even put that one in the bag. #2 I paid $2.00 extra for the extra pound of steak onmy grinder and if you look at the picture, this is what it looked like after I got it home. I am done with this place as theyhad also screwed up on an order that my company had placed 2 days earlier and my steak grinder had peppers that I did not orderand they were very skimpy on the steak.
