Mid afternoon. No Dunkachino...settled for medium regular coffee. Main focus was the drive up. Coffee/food prep was sloppy and... messy. I would prefer my coffee inside the cup not spilled or poured down the outside. That being said, they were happy andsmiling and tried to genuinely convey they were having a chaotic and stressful day. Pretty much every time I go to this Dunkin my order gets screwed up. Definitely poor management. I ask for less ice, this is the... only Dunkin that gives me half a cup of my drink at the full price just because there's less ice in it. I ask for no cheese, Iget cheese, I order bacon for the avocado toast and they tell me they're out but still charge me for it. I get it, it's fastfood, but I don't have the problems at any Dunkin in any other town so I've just started going to Berkeley or FallRiver. Read more
Dunkin Donuts in general isn't that great. The quality of food, and coffee, has definitely gone down over the years.

Every dunkin lately is slow! I was the 6th car in line this morning...12 minutes. Have to constantly repeat orders. This is a... brand new store. I ask why the wait at 6:30am and they say they are understaffed. I go next day, 5/6 employee vehicles there,pull up to window and coffee is not made yet by person working window but I guess now the person in back of me. There coffee isalready to go??? Always friendly, human errors at times but don't we all make mistakes.They correct them with a sincere apology,and move... forward.I have been a customer 2-3 times a days days week for almost 8 years....Usually have multiple coffees to order and theydo a good job for the most part. Definitely NOT the best Dunkin in the area. They make the WEAKEST cold brew. It tastes weaker than their regular iced coffee! I... posted a photo of a black cold brew I got from there. You can see right through it, it looks more like tea than coffee! Thestaff is less than stellar as well. Don't waste your time at this place. Read more
This dunkin always takes FOREVER!! for some reason they always have a huge line that they cant handle. After finally getting... through that line, my coffee was made wrong twice. I didn't wanna hold the line up any longer so i left with a coffee i paid forbut wont drink. Read more
