Some of the best food in the area hands down truly a hidden gem. I had a spinach dish with beef and my friend got the peanut... butter soup. Definitely check it out if you're in the Rutgers area! Read more
I stopped here for the first time a few weeks ago! I got the jollof rice and chicken and it was so delicious!!!! My husband... got peanut soup and fufu and loved it! I then went back and got okra soup with fufu and it was soooooo good and flavorful!!!! It is a must that you try this place!!!! Read more
I had a wonderful time at Asanka! Chef Michael was amazing- he took the time to explain the dishes and also made suggestions on... what to get. We had Egusi soup, one with chicken and one with trout. Michael is the sweetest!! We had goat light soup, Egusi with fish and jollof rice with chicken. They were all delicious. Spicy... but not overpowering. I think we?ve found our new spot.
