The worst carvel I?ve been to. I made a cake order over the phone. I was asked when I was the pick it up, I said 11 o?clock on a... Saturday. I was not told that they open at 11 o?clock. Whatever fine. I go to the door at 11 no one is there. I wait some timeand finally a man comes. So called ?manger? is so rude does not greet us, because another customer was waiting as well, unlocksthe door and locks out so he can do his morning openings. Now I?m still waiting as he takes his time. The other customer leftbut I had to get my cake. If I was told on the phone we just open come at a later time I would?ve made it for the day before soit wouldn?t be a problem. The ?manger? rings me out for my cake, and I ask him for a discount for having to wait for him, hetells me no because he wasn?t late. No apologies nothing. I used to work at a carvel, you had to be there at least a half hourbefore the store was open. He begins to argue with me, and his attitude was disgusting and he was disrespectful. Not to mentionthey didn?t follow my instructions for the cake. Terrible service. Read more

Tried to redeem a coupon here today, but a team member let me know it needed to be a paper coupon because they don?t have ?that... kind of scanning technology? ? They do however have a health inspection rating of C, so if you want an outdated and unhygienicexperience this is the place to be. Read more

Did not like it there the two guys did not know what they are doing paid for two scoops with toping and got charge just as much... for a banana split ridiculous and outrageous never going back there. Read more

This store has really gone down hill. The folks working there dont seem to know what is going on. I wanted to order a cone... dipped in chocolate. They usually have them premade in the freezer, but no more. So, I asked if they could make me one butinstead of dippping the chocolate they tried to ladle it on top of the cone. It was a really mess and dripping all over theplace. They really didnt seem to care at all. sorry. Will look for another Carvel location. Read more

Went on a saturday eveneing in April. Every ice cream shop had huge lines. This one had NOBODY!!! I thought that was peculiar. ... I found out why when we got to the door. A big sign saying a mask is required to be worn to enter. Will not support anybusiness that succombs to the liberal hype. Plenty of other establishments where we can enjoy a cone. Read more

Had a wonderful experience with a birthday cake order for my son. Not only they did an amazing job with the custom picture... (Minecraft), but also put up with my indecisiveness ?? Of course, ice cream is delicious also. Not sure why people call itdirty. Have been going to this location for years and haven't noticed anything out of the ordinary (sprinkles all over the placeare expected at the end of a long and busy day). Read more

Awful. Went with my husband, ordered a large, this was my end result. Initially I was given my ?large? in a broken waffle cone... that wasn?t even 1/2 filled. Asked for a cup because cone was broken. The girl handed me a size M cup to which the ice cream Ioriginally ordered did not even fill. I requested for the girl to please make me a new ice cream and her response ?what it?s notenough ice cream for you??. Now, I understand what a serving size is and at no time did I ask this server for her opinion onwhat one was. Another girl then walked up and said she would make it. She put ice cream in the cup instead this time which didnot even reach the height of the edge of the cup. When my husband and I tried explaining the actual size of the large comparedto the size I was given, girl 2?s response: ?if I put more you wouldn?t have room for toppings?, something I didn?t order in thefirst place. Finally the photo below was what the girl gave me, only after saying ?fine I?ll put it under the spout again, tellme when I put enough.? I honestly can?t believe this place is in business. They by the way still charged us over 12 dollars fortwo ice creams which weren?t even correct. Quality control and customer service at this place is seriously a necessaryintervention. Read more
