It is clean and the staff are nice, but the place is not equipped for the amount of business they get. I am talking size of the... inside, size of the parking lot, length of drive thru before you are just in the road, amount of staff... I have left before andgone to the place across the street because the wait was too long. Read more
Worse one you will ever go to. They do not have any shame showing they do not care about customer service. It?s common sense... that 200 comes before 210, so why make order 200 and place it in the back of the counter while placing 210, 211, 212 in thefront? No one wants a watered down drink. Also they have no one expediting online orders. They are given to who ever is standingthere. You pretty much witness every morning people running around like chickens with their heads cut off. Good for them that the line of cars is often snaking out into the street. Good for me that I parked, went in, ordered, received... my order, and left before the car I would have been behind advanced more than one car length and had two to go before being ableto order. It is in a good location. They even answered the phone when I called! Had gone for their Refreshers twice, but thedelivery wasn't made for two straight weeks, hence the lower rating.
