Placed a to-go order for pickup for my kids. 1 cheese pizza and 1 cheeseburger. They didn't have the kid's pizza like it showed... on the website menu. Maybe update your website if you no longer carry an item. I showed up to get my order only for the curbsideemployee to tell me it'll be another 15 minutes for my alternate kid's menu choice. By the time I got my kid's order, thecheeseburger was cold, while the kid's shrimp was warm. Maybe call your customers as soon as they place an order online if yourrestaurant is out of something rather than telling them when they show up and go home with one cold meal. Read more
I just want to say how FABULOUS the staff is here at this Ruby Tuesday location! I want to start with the manager Josh Cayman,... he is so amazing! I came into the restaurant and Josh helped me with everything I needed! On top of Josh being so kind, thestaff greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcomed. ???? Read more
Disappointing visit and meal. It was obvious that there was a shortage of workers (although it didn't seem pandemic-related,... just a random lack of staff today), and the manager was very apologetic and trying his best to cover everything besides cookingthe food itself! There was no one to greet us when we entered the restaurant, and it took a long time for any staff member tocome and seat us. Throughout the meal, everything was just late or forgotten (request for drinks, meal sides not brought out);while the lack of staff lent to this problem, it should not have affected the quality of the food, which was VERY disappointingas well. Meats and fish were all over-cooked or over-fried; pasta was over-cooked and soggy; and the rice pilaf was completelyinedible due to over-salting (it honestly tasted like it came from a box). The only redeeming quality was the salad bar. Again,the manager was apologetic and very kind, but it's hard to want to come back to this restaurant if the food quality is thatpoor. Very disappointed. I had Garden Bar entered 2 or 3 times..Queso chips and Spinach artichoke a few times and everything was alright. The Mozzy... sticks were bit soft n they could have been crispier. But I interacted with folks from different shifts on different days andthey were all always nice. I mostly only did take out but still I had a good experience... except for Mozzarella sticks. Service was good. When meal arrived the vegetables were lukewarm to cool. Place wasn't that busy yet it took longer than... expected to have our order brought to table. John was nice, with a sense of humor. Read more
This is my first visit since way before Covid. Their menu had deteriorated leaving few good tasty choices. Sorry to say that it... isn?t much better. The sauce they?ve paired with their Coconut shrimp totally hid the he taste of coconut. The Crisp Chickenpasta was okay but nothing to come back for. With Covid, I only get takeout from this location. Only have good experiences with the bartender when picking up my order. I... usually call in before I head over and my order has never been wrong. Ready when I get there. My go to is the Triple Prime withcheddar cheese, medium rare. Always cooked just right. Check this place out if you want to have a burger treat. Highlyrecommend. Update : Sad to see the Triple Prime Burger disappear from the menu. It was one of my fav burgers here. Mysmokehouse burger today was just okay. Was expecting a better burger for the almost $14 price tag. Underwhelming. Read more
Great place to eat. Service and food was awesome! I had the salad bar and it was amazing.
