Jeffrey was the worst worker I've ever had to deal with. He didn't give me the sub I asked for and when I pointed it out, he... laughed and continued to make the sub. Then he charged me for 37 cookies and I didn't even order them. I still paid because Ididn't want to make a scene. Read more
I love this place all the people that work here are fast, polite and knowledgable. They always have fresh veggies and will go... above and beyond for their customers. Always smiling and always willing to help. It's always clean and they have a large sittingarea so you can social distance as you eat the amazingly fresh food. Did you know this location has velvet icecream as well.Plus it convienantly located right in the square of little old Somerset. So do some shopping at the gypsie Hawaii and stop bysubway for a great lunch. Read more
Lady that made my sub was too sick to be at work. When she took a breath you could here the spores exiting her mouth landing on... my sub. Yummy . Looked all over store for paper towel for my son ask lady that worked there for one. She replied, "I put some onyour tray." We had six people she gave us three napkins on our tray. When she finally could tell I wasn't happy she offered tostop making a man's sandwich and give me one. Like I was killing her. I love subway, I eat there often not this particular one but surrounding ones. every time I go in to this one I feel like I get... robbed.. it's always clean for the most part the employees are nice an all but, they seam like they get trained to put as lessmeat as possible on their subs. LIKE 2 pieces of bacon on a bacon sub. an when you ask for extra bacon you get a whole 4 piecesof bacon totaling. like thanks I could of ate just a bun at home. an saved my self 6 bucks.. Read more
Needs to shape up and get more people on the sandwich line. I always order the same subs every time I go to a Subway. At the... Somerset location, my sub wasn't good and didn't seem fresh. Apparently they get customers subs mixed up at the register. I sawsome young guy all dressed up take off running down the street to catch one of his mates who had inadvertently walked out thedoor with the wrong sub. I wouldn't want a sandwich that had been chased down the street in the heat of summer. I can only hopethey got a new one. I don't think I'll stop here again. Slow and questionable freshness.
