This store needs corporate to come fix whatever is going on. Messed up orders, not open when they should be, fights with people... from the gas station. I went at 10:30am when it says they're open at 10:00am. They told me they got a late start and I couldn'tget food, which I would understand if I hadn't already had so many issues with this store. Order was correct, however asked if I could add something I forgot to order and was told I would have to go back through the... line. It takes a long time anyway in the line to have to go back through. Read more
Just went thru the drive thru at 745 at night live less than a minute down the road got home and inside sat down to eat order a... chicken quesadilla and nacho and cheese. The quesadilla was like warm and tasted like some sort of cleaner and the cheese forthe nacho and cheese was stone cold. found hair on my food as soon as i opened it.. this used to be my go to lunch break but not anymore.
Ordered a bean burrito with no red sauce add sour cream and an order of cinnamon twists. The order was correct on my receipt.... Pulled away from the window and there were no cinnamon twists in the bag. Went back through to get the cinnamon twists and leftagain. Started eating my burrito and there was no sour cream, which I paid for. I don?t send things back for fear something badwill be done to my food. After eating that, I moved on to the cinnamon twists. There was definitely something wrong with them,they tasted rancid, so didn?t get to eat those. Went back the next day and they were out of cinnamon twists, which tells methere was something wrong with them. Then the cook gave the cashier a hard time bc she asked to make sure this burrito had sourcream. Read more
Went through the drive thru 3 times and they STILL had my order WRONG!! I demanded my money back and got it to. I understand... people make mistakes sometimes but NOT 3 TIMES IN A ROW, ALL WITHIN 15 MINUTES OF THE FIRST VISIT!! My order is wrong every time, there is always something they are out of that is necessary for most of their food such as beef or... chicken. They are out of ice 50% of the time. Read more
