This morning on my way to work my wife and I stopped by for coffee and a doughnut like we do every morning and the service was... absolutely phenomenal!!! But it was a little unsettling to witness the lady who was taking our orders ( bless her heart ) whovisibly has difficulties getting around being she uses a walker to help navigate around the shop and this morning seemed to be alittle busy and I saw her ask the manager if their was someone who could help her and without even looking at her she just saidno!! And at this point I was beyond speechless like she was trying to take orders, make coffee and get customers doughnuts andshe was so kind hearted but some patrons didn't see it that way and stormed off cussing but the lady just kept smiling andsaying thank you for your patience but to see someone who holds a position of upper management not take their role seriouslylike that woman gets negative star's for that along with everyone else in the store who should have stepped up and gave her ahand but failed like I was tremendously disappointed to see how that woman was treated when she asked her manager for help SO TOTHE OLDER WOMAN WHO GRATITIOUSLY TOOK MY WIFE AND I'S ORDER THIS MORNING THANK YOU FOR BEING YOU AND MAKING OUR MORNING SPECIALCAUSE YOU REMEMBERED US AND KNEW EXACTLY WHAT WE WANTED AND EVEN THOUGH YOU WERE OVERWHELMED YOU HANDLED THE SITUATION ANDYOURSELF PROFESSIONALLY AND I ADMIRE YOU FOR THAT AND BEST BELIEVE I WILL CATCH YOUR NAME NEXT TIME ???? My boyfriend loves these donuts and the coffee here. I don't care for the coffee, but the donuts, when I do eat them are pretty... good. Tiny shop, decent atmosphere, I'm just not into donuts alot, but if you love donuts, like my boyfriend does, you'll lovedunkin donuts. Read more

I swing through this particular Dunkin every morning on my way to work. The morning staff members are always motivated, and... enthusiastic! Terrible service! The donuts looked amazing, but there was no one up front (we heard lots of voices in the back though) We were... in the lobby for almost 10 min. We all used the bathroom. Decided which donuts we wanted. Rang the bell for service severaltimes. Peeked around the counter and saw 4 young ladies and kindly said ?helllloooooo?? No one even looked up! One girl in herphone, computer, one flirting with a gentleman in the drive through window and making small talk about her future plans (whichwe heard clearly). We waited a while longer and then decided to just leave. As I was by the door, one girl came up and said?sorry we were busy in the back?. We said never mind, we need to get back on the road. I asked for an OATmilk latte and they gave me regular milk? I didn?t realize until halfway done with the drink when I needed to... vomit. I said it loud and clear; medium hot OATmilk latte with coconut pumps? make sure next time to double check on the milkyour costumers want. I could have cagar mis chonies because of you. Read more
I do miss having a Dunkin' donuts close to me, but I had the ability to visit this one when I was visiting Pennsylvania. The... only criticism I would have of this Dunkin's location is the fact that the drive-thru is not exactly conducive to traffic. Itsits on a busy intersection connected to a turnpike and only has one way in or out. You should definitely try the bacon though. Read more
