Very disappointed in this location. Ordered a chef Salad about 2 months ago and it was delivered without any meat. They did make... me a new one but I missed out on lunch that day. Recently I ordered a 22" with tomatoes on half the sub. Went to pick it up andthey made me an 11". No apology, or anything. Just a condescending high schooler who laughed about it. Probably won't order fromthere again. Read more

Over priced, marginal service and so so subs. I won't go back. I ordered 4.5 subs, no drinks, no chips or any extras. It was a... to go order and hold on to the price for 4 1/2 sandwiches. Oh wait I should add 2.5 where ham the lowest priced sub most places.Total price for these 4 and a half sandwiches almost 70 dollars. It was for a group of us that get together once a month for ameal. I said next time it's my turn don't even think of Em's for that price we could drive from Summerset to Johnstown go to"The Haven" get hot meals with sides and drinks for 5 & top quilaty along with paying for the gas to get there and back for thatprice. P.S Want the best Rubin I've ever found "The Haven" in Johnstown now there is a Sandwich and I'd suggest to the folksthat make Em's menu go there order lunch and discus your menu and prices. Homemade bread, I recommend the white, and fresh ingredients. The roll is a Italian loaf which I prefer, it's very good. The... prices are more reasonable that subway, and the food is better. Go figure a local company beats a large corporation Read more

Em's is an interesting throw back to the days of post war Americana - an old fashioned deli and sub shop. I have zero complaints... about my meatball sub, which was nice and spicy (without being overwhelming) and had just enough sauce to cover things withoutbeing messy. The prices were excellent, and if it took them a little longer than other places, I didn't mind because everythingwas made fresh and to order. If you are in the area, it's a great place to grab a good sub or the makings of a picnic lunch at agood cost. I'm glad that a place like Em's is still around and survived the pandemic. A bit of nostalgia and delicious food inone stop. Read more

I am not sure what it is, but this place has awesome hoagies! The bread is always soft and the toppings are just right. I like... that the menu has a good variety, but not so much that you can't focus. Everything I've had here is tasty and fresh. Read more
