The downtown McDonald's is slow, the staff is slow and if robotics are ever activated at a McDonald's this would be the first... one I would try it at. If it was not close by I would never stop here. In fact I'm embarrassed that it is the introduction to mycommunity being the first eatery off the Turnpike. My advise to Turnpike travelers go to the second traffic light turn left andgo to Wendy's. Went there because my 5 year old begged for it. Went into the restaurant and Ordered a delux chicken meal with a drink, 10 piece... chicken (which my son wanted) some hamburgers and fries. We got home and much to my surprise, we didn?t get my son?s nuggets! Hewas so upset!! He was also supposed to split the nuggets with my daughter, which meant she didn?t get supper either! Then werealized they never gave us our drink either! Maybe that was my fault because I didn?t realize it but we normally don?t getdrinks. So I didn?t realize I didn?t have one. But none the less, I shouldn?t have had to worry about that if they read thescreen! And then once we finally got my son calmed down and started eating, the chicken was disgusting and hard and the burgerswere Luke warm at best. And the worst part was the fact that it was a manager who handed me my food! So, our experience wasawful! And maybe next time my son will think twice before begging for McDonald?s! Read more
