Went there because my 5 year old begged for it. Went into the restaurant and Ordered a delux chicken meal with a drink, 10 piece... chicken (which my son wanted) some hamburgers and fries. We got home and much to my surprise, we didn?t get my son?s nuggets! Hewas so upset!! He was also supposed to split the nuggets with my daughter, which meant she didn?t get supper either! Then werealized they never gave us our drink either! Maybe that was my fault because I didn?t realize it but we normally don?t getdrinks. So I didn?t realize I didn?t have one. But none the less, I shouldn?t have had to worry about that if they read thescreen! And then once we finally got my son calmed down and started eating, the chicken was disgusting and hard and the burgerswere Luke warm at best. And the worst part was the fact that it was a manager who handed me my food! So, our experience wasawful! And maybe next time my son will think twice before begging for McDonald?s! Read more

The downtown McDonald's is slow, the staff is slow and if robotics are ever activated at a McDonald's this would be the first... one I would try it at. If it was not close by I would never stop here. In fact I'm embarrassed that it is the introduction to mycommunity being the first eatery off the Turnpike. My advise to Turnpike travelers go to the second traffic light turn left andgo to Wendy's. Fast experience and wonderful staff. Alot of McD's locations have an issue with the Frappè machine not working. Not this... location. We were in and out in under 5 mins! Read more

It is the worst. Sat in drive thru for 15 min for a sweet tea chicken sandwich n a burger. N u think waiting that long the stuff... would b fresh nope cold n dry Read more

jeremy was rude to us as soon as we came in the lobby. we came in at 9:00 when the lobby closes at 10:00. also there was nothing... on the door saying they were closing early, so i don?t know why they got mad when we came in. we came in to make it easierbecause my friends and i were all paying separately. He was nothing but rude to us and gave us attitude. it was terrible servicewe were waiting for 20 mins for our food and would get ignored when we stood at the register to pay for our things. we waited atleast 20 mins to get all of our food when no one else was there. there were 3 employees working it could have been faster, allthey were doing was talking and laughing in the back. our bags were just sitting there while they did that. i ordered and ittold me to pay at the register so i waited there for at least 10 mins for someone to come. nothing is professional about beingrude and talking about your customers. My mom is a manager at a fast food place and would never treat her customers the way youtreated us, do better, you?re a manager too. Read more

There was a problem with the car ahead of us...sat in the drive thru for 21 minutes...no apology for the delay...could see... through the window, with no customers inside...when the food was finally given, the fries were okay, but the burgers were greasyand sloppy...should've gone elsewhere... if i was able to give zero stars, i would. every time we go there at least one thing is wrong and nothing is ever fresh. get... yelled at by the guy cause he gave us one sauce for a basket and said we?d have to pay for it. for example, the other day i wentand ordered cheeseburgers with mayo and no mustard and i got so much mayo, a lot of mustard and no cheese at all. and they?realways so rude there so matter who. especially the female with the white hat that?s usually up front. just never had a goodexperience, and never got good food or service. just attitude.
