Sub was not good cause I got a meatball sub and they put too much red sauce on it not enough meatballs. I also got grilled... chicken with bacon and ranch sub and they didn?t even put enough ranch on it when asked for extra ranch and they didn?t usegrilled chicken they use rotisserie-style chicken. for whatever reason, they only had one person working the entire store period we went through the drive-thru and ordered three... very simple subs we sat for at least 10 minutes to get those three subs. She seemed like she was overwhelmed but not even reallytrying to do anything quickly. It almost seems as though she was new and didn't know what she was doing. I feel sorry for herbut I'm very disappointed because I had an appointment that I needed to get to and we sat there biting our nails wondering if wewere going to make our appointment. We had to stay and wait for the subs because we had already paid for them. As always, thefood was delicious there. The service was very lacking but I don't know that it was all her fault. Was in the store yesterday, noticed an employee making food without a face covering on. When asked the employees all got very... defensive and cited ? subway was out of masks?. She stated she has asthma... GO HOME IF YOU CANT PUT A FACE COVERING ON.Sheshould have been sent home till she had a mask. Disgusting. I will never ever go back. A healthier way to taking the "fast food" route. It's always fresh during the day, but the evenings the bread seems to get a... little old. But I feel that's inevitable. Waited over 12 minutes in the drive through, had enough of that time wasted. 2 people and we have to wait over 15 mins. What a... joke. If you wanna wait 30 mins for food, then just come here. Read more
