Stopped in for my normal meatball and provolone. I always ask for extra marinara on my sub because I like sauce. They have no... option on the touch screen that I can see so called for help. Asked if they could add extra marinara and the girl on the speakersaid we will see. I don't care if I get charged for it. What is wrong with these kids now a days?Really feel like a valuedcustomer. Just paid 14$ for the worst meatball pro sub I?ve ever had in my freaking life! My dog and I stopped for a quick lunch. Food was good, I bought a regular meal for myself and a kid meal for my dog. We swapped... drinks she drank the water I drank the chocolate milk, she helped eat the chips and she wasn't allowed to have the cookie, dueto the chocolate chips. She loved her turkey sub! She downed it and wanted my chicken sub. The sub I bought was really good andshe liked part of that sub too. They seemed nice as in customer service. Read more

Tasty and relatively cheap. Easy to make a pretty filling and yummy vegan sandwhich. I've only gone through the drive through so... I can't comment on the inside. Drive thru touch board is intuitive but not super responsive. Also when I go through the drivethru they never toast my sandwhich even though I ask them to. Not a huge issue tho. Read more
Appalled at how dirty this subway was. Food on the floor, tables and casing over the deli and cookies was filthy. Workers hair... was messy and not pulled back. Instead of dining in, we got our food to go and hoping we don't get sick. Read more
I never had an issue with the food itself, but the last time I went in my sub was torn to bits and falling apart. I also found... several long blond hairs in my sub ( I am a guy with short brown hair). Then when I tried to call in about getting another submade, no one answered the phone. Read more
Customer service is awful the skinny guy with glasses and nasty mustache was so rude I mean beyond rude definitely should not... be working and dealing with customers I would recommend having him clean bathrooms or dining area!!! Read more
