I ordered a footling steak sub today. After I got home and bit into it, I bit into something hard. When I looked at what it was,... it was a small piece of hard black plastic with 2 prongs sticking out of it. I tried to call Subway two different times to speakwith a manager to make them aware of this, but kept getting an answering machine. I?m just glad I didn?t end up swallowing it. Read more
We just stopped in there to firstly use their restrooms, which were clean, and provided actual paper towels (rather than those... noisy blowers) to dry your hands with. After using their restroom, we then got back into our vehicle, and drove up to theirdrive-thru window, which is, for the most part, completely touch screen. Their touch screen does take a little bit of gettingused to, but it's fairly user friendly. The young lady at the lone drive up window was friendly and even offered us chicken forour pet dog, which we accepted. Although she forgot to include our 2 bags of chips, which were instantly replaced after I wentinside to retrieve them, I would definitely patronize this particular establishment again in the future, and I certainlyrecommend this place to my family, friends, and acquaintances, etc. Read more
The sub I ordered was good but in every Subway I've ordered a sub from it was never put together with the customer in mind... meaning when opened to eat ingredients fell out. Read more

Ordered a chicken teriyaki sandwich today with lettuce and green peppers. Opened it up and there was barely any chicken teriyaki... in it and it seemed like they doubled the veggies just to make it look like a full sandwich. Went earlier this week and got afew sandwiches for some of my family. When they opened theirs up all of the toppings poured out and the bread wasn?t cut right.My mother found a hair in her seafood sub. Read more
Visited this joke of a store tonight- one guy and a girl sat in a booth while we attempted to call out to a worker as NO ONE was... to be found at the counter, in the store, or could be seen in the back. We waited and called out for ten minutes as there wasnowhere else to eat in the plaza and we could not leave this location (truck driver), and as we walked out the door, the youngman admitted that his girlfriend (the blonde who was sitting at the table with him when we first entered) was the only worker inthe store and chose to run to the back and ignore us until we left. I reported that I would be calling to speak with the managerand/or owner in the morning. This store was not closed, we entered at 9:43pm- it was not closing time which reported via doorsign as 10pm- I checked when we came in because all the floors appeared to have been cleaned and things were put away as thoughthe store was about to close. Nonetheless, after this girl's boyfriend reported this to us, she STILL did not come from the backto provide service. I fo hope the franchise owner checks reviews because this kind of customer service is how a business goesout of business quick. When I worked in food service I always concerned myself with workers who seemed to not be too concernedwith serving those who pay their paycheck and also had access to a POS/cash register = check your end of days when she's beenworking because I'd bet a buffalo nickel her drawers have been way off... Meatball marinara on new garlic butter bread. 2 6 inch purchase. 1 sandwich was awesome but the second was stale, burnt and too... much garlic. Service wasn't the greatest. Made us wait to pay while making other sandwiches. Read more
