Like all fast food places, they're either great or terrible. I've had more bad experiences out of this place than good, the most... recent being our cinnabon bites still being half frozen and being told that they were just heated up so from being frozen soit's normal. What kind of logic is that? The visit before then I asked for a mobile order to be adjusted, they told me that theywould honor it but normally it would have to be done through the app. I was appreciative but they still ended up shorting theorder (unbeknownst to me) and when I went back to address it (still hadn't left the parking lot) they acted like it was a hugeinconvenience and I kept getting dirty looks while waiting for the rest of the order. They've always rectified any issues I'vehad, but their attitudes always seem like I'm inconveniencing them. Read more
Didn't get the food I ordered. So I called in to see about getting them made, refund or something. The girl that answered was... beyond rude and honestly shouldn't do any job involving customer contact. I wasn't even rude and just said I didn't get them.She automatically replied with attitude saying will you be back this year, week, day, or ever to somerset taco bell. Didn't evengive a real solution just made it known I was an inconvenience to her. Wrong place to work then. I didn't even care to write areview and was just going to let it go till that phone call. 7/26/22 I went through the drive thru around 12-1. The young lady that took my order and money was very pleasant. You don't find... many kids with customer service like that. Taco Bell you got a keeper. That girl needs a pat on the back. Or even a raise. Read more
Today I had driven by Taco bell in Somerset pa and it was busy so I went a head and went shopping. But I still had time to... kill so I went back to Taco bell but I stopped and they were still busy. But as soon as I walked the manager was Named Brendashe acknowledged everyx2 second until she had a moment to wait on me.I got to tell you that Manager needs a raise especiallywhen working under staff. Listen, Taco Bell?s are hit or miss. This one was definitely a hit. Great service, food came out quick and hot, not to mention... the folks working the drive thru made the experience a ?fire? experience! See what I did there as a play on sauce? Anyway, willbe back again. Read more
Food was good, but the lady with red hair who took our order was kind of rude and didn't connect with us. She was very monotone... and rushed us with our order. They weren't busy when we went and there was no one behind us... so yeah, other than that it wasokay. Read more
I had over a 25 minute wait for 2 soft tacos? things need to change here. Either hire more workers to meet demand or perhaps... more helpful, better train the employees who are standing around and idle as customers wait for unacceptable periods of time.It?s seems like there were at least 8 people working and nobody was in charge or knew what they were doing well enough toprocess orders effectively. This is probably the 5th time they have put meat in my order I swapped the meat for beans. And the meat is completely buried so... I don't notice until I bite into it. This is completely ridiculous. I've gone up before to tell them and they get attitude. Iunderstand messing up but they need to be careful especially when it's meat or beans. I don't understand how this continues tohappen.
