If I could give a half star I would but I whent throw the drive throw today an got 2 bagels toasted with extra cream cheese on... side an a meadu ice coffee an my drink was made wrong no cold brew an no exspresso my beagles were not toasted an only 1 creamcheese on the side this is the reason I've stop going to Dunkin's awhile ago use to be a daily coster not anymore my order isalways wrong !!!!! The employees are rude and don't know how to work as a team. I ordered two sandwiches and a coffee 20 minutes later finally got... my order. There was one employee that all she did was walk around instead of helping. If I was management and they are seriousabout their business I'd either get rid of everyone or retrain them how to properly work and not be rude. Read more
I ordered 2 dozen donuts and a coffee. One box of donuts had 2 of the same donuts each. And the woman working the drive thru... window clearly was miserable. Always wait over 20 minutes for 2 simple coffees. And more than half the time, they end up making them wrong, or figure out a... way to mess things up. Would just be nice to see more of the crew ACTUALLY doing work and taking orders drive thru and in store.Absolutely ridiculous they need a manager fix or something ??????????? get it together coffee isn't freakin rocket science. If you like walking into a Dunkin Donuts, being looked at directly by staff, and ignored... this is the location for you! Stood... at the front of the line for 10 mins waiting, only to have the woman say, "what can I get you", no apology, no sorry for thewait, nothing. Some people just shouldn't work customer service.
