Honestly, it's the Nashville Hot Tenders that keep me coming back. Don't get me wrong, I love both original and extra crispy but... there are a lot of other good chicken places around these days. On any regular Saturday late in afternoon it becomes impossible to shop @ this KFC. DRIVE THRU LINE is always sooooooooo LONG! ... it is impossible to remain in line for want of service. Length of DRIVE THRU LINE is always soooooooooo long that is exceedsentire length of this KFC parking lot! So this leads KFC shoppers to mistakenly think food must be really, really great!!?? So,I mistakenly waited in this LONG KFC line only once. Never again! KFC food here is same, greasy, disgusting old tasting KFCserved throughout USA! ALL the really great fresh HOT KFC chicken is only a figment of TV advertisers & marketing agencies.NOPE! This stuff is the very same horrible, mildly lukewarm greasy food as every other KFC serves. They should just close at 9, since they basically close then already by not taking orders unless you maybe use some mobile app.... I dont blame them really its alow af but dont have hours and staff sitting there untill 11 if your not going to take orders. Read more
AWFUL EXPERIENCE! We wanted Taco Bell. Between trying to place an online order, waiting in line to place our order, waiting... inside to try to place our order we wasted almost an hour & NEVER got our food! It said we could online order but the App saidwe couldn't. After having workers stare at us & not help us for over 15 minutes, we were finally told the lobby was closedexcept for online & delivery orders. I told him it wouldn't let me order online & he only said sorry & couldn't help. Got backin line & the cars weren't moving. Almost an hour waiting, trying to order food! I contacted them to complain & have not heardfrom them...that was 4 days ago. SMH Read more
