This specific location is always packed but the service is always quick. The lines don't take forever to move like they do at... McDonalds. You can always count on Jack in The Box especially when everything else in Somerton is closed! Read more
This restaurant was dirty when I walked in, and smelled like sewage. The staff was rude and almost seemed to diss miss you. I... finally placed an order and they purposely dropped my food on the floor , didn't apologize and seemed like it ok. When I spoketo the manager on duty he simply smiled and said there was nothing he could do about it. He the proceeded to walk away. Then thestaff proceeded to serve 3 other customers who ordered there food after I did and kept me waiting for 20 min after the drop foodincident to get me my order. The owner of this franchise should really consider properly trading there team so that way theygive proper customer service in the future. Also the health inspector would do well to do surprise visits since the storelooked dirty and smelled like sewage. Read more
This is literally the most embarrassing place to ever order food. Make sure you guys turn your head sets off from live before... you start talking about me and my husband and how annoyed you are. Never in my life have I ever wanted to reach across thewindow and make my own food in fear of you guys ruining it. Every time I have came to this jack they will get something wrong on my order and when your at the speaker they always trying to... rush you in your order. The other time I ordered a spicy with cheese and they did not give me cheese but still charged me, Iasked for lime Powerade and gave me lemon there is so many things wrong that don?t fit here. I would love if they got my orderright so I would come more often but I would rather go to a Jack in Yuma then the one 5 minutes away from me. Read more
Very poor customer service! Young girl working drive thru was rude and lazy! Long slow lines in drive thru and always get your... orders wrong. Not any better when you go in to get your order fixed. Managers very disrespectful and seem lazy. Employees aresarcastic and rude! Food is made sloppy and served sloppy! Never greeted with a smile or "welcome"! Dirty dining areas!Disgusting bathrooms! I recommend you go down the street to Burger King where you'll probably pay a little more but get decentservice and food or the best option go to one of the many taco stands and Mex restaurants in the area!
