This store and every location in Yuma for some reason is discriminating against those who are on assistance. Almost like there... religion won’t allow them to acetone money from those who are in assistance. Super frustrated with the service i received i called in because portal was not allowing me to make payment online contacted... store and the gentleman who i spoke to assisted with taking my order and honoring the online total , drove all the way to thestore got there my order was not found or made had to replace the order and the original price that was given to me when icalled in was not accepted so i spoke to manager Aime G and was told she could not honor what employee had previously stated andtold me id have to wait for new order to be placed at different price i asked her for corporates number she refused to provideme with the number …i understand mistakes happen but this was just ridiculous to show up and not have my order even startedand then to not be honored what i was told …. Pizzas at this location used to be delicious. Now you are greeted by long lines and no available hot-n-ready pizzas. Manager... needs to step up his skills to keep up with what the clients want. We want faster service by having more hot-n-ready pizzasavailable for us to quickly pickup and pay for them without having to wait in line. I may give this chain another chance, but Ireally doubt it since they have a sign posted that the cashier should tell each customer about online orders....this defeats thepurpose of the hot-n-ready.
