Found some parking in front not knowing this place exist. Gf and I decided to give it a shot. Grabbed a seat @ the bar around... the corner. They had lots of draft, pizza smelled delicious, and they had candlepin bowling. Definitely have to come back for agood time. Read more
Love this place. The vegan pizza options have become some of our favorites in Boston and the on tap root beer is really special.... I loved bowling here when it was Sacco's, so I'll always miss it in it's true form, but glad they preserved so much of it. Read more
I love the staff here and I love the pizza. The salads are great too. They don't put too much dressing on them. If you like your... salad soaked and dressing make sure to ask for extra dressing on the side. And if you like your pizza with tons of cheese thenmake sure to ask for extra cheese but they come with just the right amount of cheese for me. Read more
It's not the greatest for conversation, at least by the bowling, but for some reason the cacaphony didn't get to any of us prone... to sensory overload. Possibly because the clonking is more wood-on-wood than metal or plastic. There are picnic tables outsidewith umbrellas but on a hundred-degree day I preferred the cool inside. I had the Punctuated Equilibrium Pizza and a CastleIsland White beer and couldn't have been happier. The service was prompt and friendly. Would happily go again. Read more
I have had pizza in NY, Chicago, New Haven, etc. and none of the pizza in any of these places is as good as the pizza that I... just ate in this bowling alley. Sat outside with a friend for a Saturday lunch and it was great. Our server, Daisy, was excellent and very helpful as my friend... worked through options before deciding on a beer. We shared a large Vermont maple sausage pizza and it was a perfect amount offood for two adults. Delicious, and great house-squeezed lemonade! Read more
We were a little taken back, did not realize it was part of a bowling alley but it worked really well. Was also excited to see... an actually wood fire oven! We had the Punctuated Equilibrium pizza. The ingredients were great! You can taste the quality. Wasnot impressed with the crust. It was not crispy at all, the slice easily bent when picked up. Gluten free is tricky to do right.Just need more practice I suppose. I watched the other pizzas come out and their ingredients went all the way to the end, oursdid not. The staff was attentative. The staff is so amazing. They were so accommodating to our party when we realized there were going to be more people than we... expected. The food was amazing per normal and everything came out pretty quickly even when they had 2 larger parties there. Read more
