Nice dining experience in Somerville. Came here to celebrate a birthday, and we were very taken with the cosy atmosphere. Our... wait time, despite the reservation, was a few minutes because there were so many people inside. The AC was on full blast tocompensate for the humidity inside and supposedly the temperature outside. This made the table cold when sitting down anddining. Our waitress was managing several tables throughout the evening. It was hard for us to get her attention at times, andshe was not very descriptive of the dishes. That said, food came out relatively quickly when ordering. Dishes to note includedthe garlic shrimp, lamb meatballs, roasted duck, and the artichokes. The others in my party like the beef dishes, particularlythe one with the chimmichurri sauce. The potatoes, fried cheese, and octopus were ok - probably hyped too much. The churroswere definitely a nice dessert. The dulce de leche sauce was better than the traditional chocolate - the team makes everythingin house! In terms of drinks, the house made sangria is worth it. Added to that, there are several cocktails that we lookedinto as well. We’ve been to Dali before. Always a good time. It’s a must go if you’re visiting the Somerville/Medford area of... Massachusetts just outside of Boston. The food is fantastic. Service is outstanding. Decor is fun, eclectic and true its nameDali. And, the price is more than reasonable. We were celebrating our daughter’s graduation so we started with a glass ofCava for each - Very good. We had several rounds of Tapas. I have to say that many of the Tapas were so good I forgot to takepictures until we were almost done eating them. Most notable: The ham was melt in your mouth good. The Potatoes Gravas were asgood as what we had in Madrid and the Saffron Rice reminded us of an excellent Paella. The chorizo was the best I have everhad. I also highly recommend trying the red wine flight. Excellent value for 4 really good wines. Lastly, the service waswonderful. MJ, our waiter, was really good. The host (unfortunately I did not get his name) was outstanding and the bartender(Julio) was even better. A really wonderful time. Ihighly recommend Dali. Read more
Dali is fine dinning in a European setting. Small tables jammed together, only big enough to hold the many tapas that you... order. All our selections were delicious. Expect and enjoy the unhurried service. More time to drink your wine. Read more
Warm atmosphere with friendly staff. Food is relatively pricey given the small portions and quality. We tasted several tapas:... garlic shrimps had a burned oil smell, not really recommended. Patatas bravas were tasty especially with the aioli sauce.Octopus dish was well grilled, but I have personally tried much better octopus meals at New American restaurants with bettercooking styles and more thoughtful sauce combinations. Paellas had a decent portion and were tasty, definitely recommend it.Churros with chocolate and dulce de leche sauces were really good too. Overall, good food and nice experience, but not pleasingenough to go back anytime soon, if ever. Read more

Home style, family atmosphere. Winners were the grilled shrimp in a garlic oil bath, get that bread in there! 2nd winner was the... squid ink rice with calamari. 3rd winner- churros, tasted double fried, ie double delicious. Lamb meatballs and scallops weregood but tasted a bit flat. Other items all fine but not remarkable. Read more
