I ordered Alfredo Pizza with Jalapenos from this location and I was delivered a pizza with toppings only on 1 half of the pizza.... I called them and they said they could give a free pizza when I call them for my next order. There was no option to get a refundor add balance on the app, they just noted my name somewhere and made it mandatory for me to call to place my next order. Noncooperative service. Disappointing. Poor customer service on this branch. So on the glass door it?s says they are open from 10am to 2am past midnight. It doesn?t... say that they have only pick up from 12am to 2am. I went inside and someone shouted at me saying they are closed. He didn?t saythey are closed for pick up but he said we are closed. I was lie okay but why is it saying 2am??? He said only delivery. I tookit cool. When outside I wanted to order for delivery so I called the guy told me you have to order if you live in Somervillebut I live in Medford. Lol I was so disappointed. At least let people know that you are closed for pick from 12am to 2am howeverit?s really confusing. Read more

Pizza is good if they can read online order properly. I always order pizza online and on special instructions I make sure to add... No Cut but guess what when we went to get it first time girl knew she made mistake and cut it so she started saying we use cleanknife, I told her clearly check my order, she made another one and I had to wait. Second time I ordered 3 medium pizza withspecial instructions online and with no Cut, and my brother in law went to pick up again they cut the pizza, when he told themthey asked him to wait and make another one which was already past 10pm still he waited and guess what they cut the pizza again????I mean how many times you guys can make same mistake?? Wasting of food and customer time. He had to wait again to make thirdpizza just because they don?t check order properly. We have noticed employees are eating while working. Please give them propertraining. Not happy with the service. Read more

EDIT: Found out that this location is under new management. Met with the manager and the new staff. They seem to be doing their... best, and honestly a great job. The new manager is extremely polite and professional. We will continue taking our businessthere I will keep my previous review as a reminder of how terrible the service used to be. People, give them a try now! You mayor may not be delivered what you've ordered, and takes them forever to fix the mistake. The pizza usually arrives upside down and we end up scraping the toppings off the top of the box. The food is tasty, but isn't worth it. Avoid the terrible service! Read more

Pan pizza arrived soggy and barely browned edges. Called manager, he said it was my fault for not ordering the pizza "well-done"... or ordering another kind of pizza. He said that many people liked their pan pizza this way. He would send a replacement. Thenafter reading my feedback to the company which said this was the worst Dominos pizza ever, he called again and exploded at me.Shouting that it wasn't the worst pizza ever. He said "sorry" but not very sincerely as he kept yelling at and interrupting me.Even when I told him that he needed to stop talking or I would contact the HQ in Ann Arbor. He eventually admitted that thepizza had been put in the wrong oven. He said he was new and the store had just opened. Which is not true, he is apparently anew manager but I've been ordering from this location for years. Then, to make things worse, when the driver arrived heinsisted that I give him back the bad pizza and said the manager was demanding this. Either implying that I, a 59 year oldsystems administrator, was lying and trying to cheat him, or trying to make the evidence disappear, apparently, orboth. Previous pizza was almost always good and previous manager would comp me for any issue such as late delivery or whateverand was sincerely nice. I've been a Dominos customer for 40 years and this was indeed the worst Dominos pizza, and the worstcustomer service experience, I've ever had from them. Read more
