Yet another understaffed Dunkin? that prioritizes mobile orders over in-person customers. Line of 10+ people at 9am on a... Saturday morning, people leaving out of frustration. Employees are forced to deal with impatient customers because mgmt won?thire enough staff. Read more

Only 1 star since the frozen chocolate was yummy but otherwise they told us once inside that is was "no mask no service" even... though there is currently no mandatory postings about wearing a mask. It's only advised and we get that and we are also fullyvaccinated not the point though. There was no sign saying this store (302673) in particular needed customers to wear a mask toreceive service. So it was pretty annoying and came off quite rude. Read more

The batista if you even call her one gave me a dripping sticky cup of machiato that she haphazardly made. She didn't even poured... so much milk in that she couldn't fit the expresso in. So I paid for a cup of sticky milk. Terrible. No apology from her either. Read more

I removed my previous review as many changes have been made at this location. Some new pros, some new cons, most of the same... regarding both. Regarding the location itself, it's quite easy to spot. It's in a small strip mall across from Rite-Aid. I'veadded photos to clarify what you should be looking for. It's easy to see, but parking is just not what you'd want to see formore than 3 stores in the same area. There is never available parking. ever. Why don't they simply use the opposite, completelyempty side of the parking lot as well? That would allow for significantly more parking availability. The line system is a bitconfusing, mainly if you're hungover or lacking in sleep, as you have to move to the right and do an about-face to actually bein line. Many customers are confused by this. Once you place your order (which is confusing, as regular coffee is occasionallybeing traded over your head for "quick order" customers. Sbux has the same issue, to be fair. The staff is (mostly) friendly andcourteous, however. Now, for the good stuff! They always have fantastic displays of their donuts, sandwiches, etc. while you'rewaiting in line. I've added a photo of one of my favourites. Kudos to the employee who made this beauty. ????(I promise you thatthe photo doesn't do it justice.) It looks great in person. I've also always enjoyed DD coffee. I'm from the Midwest, so our twochoices of classy coffee have always been McDonald's and Dunkin Donuts. Needless to say, this store makes fantastic coffee, every time. I have no complaints there. Never burnt, always quick. Not watery and gross. A+. As for the donuts... They're asolid 5/10. They're your standard fare donuts that you could buy at a grocery store, but cheaper. Maybe if they had the donutson a heating rack they would be better? The blueberry muffins are a dream, especially if you ask for them to warm it for you.Biting into one is like saying "bye fallicia it's still summer in my mind" There is one final, v Read more
