I ordered from their website and when they delivered the food, the delivery person CALLED me and demanded for tips. He was... basically harassing me, demanding me that I tipped him more so I called the restaurant hoping they’d help me resolve thesituation. Instead of being sympathetic of my situation and understanding that this is NOT OKAY at all for any delivery personto do, the restaurant did not take any action and still asked if I was going to tip the person or not. I have never experiencedthis at all with any food delivery services. They should know that it is never okay for any delivery person to harass theircustomers to demand for more tips. Read more

Ordered something small and was told to wait for 15min. We decided to walk around instead of waiting there (we never said it’s... for takeout though). When we came back, we wanted to sit at the table outside but they already packed our food and said that wasfor dine-in only. High quality ingredients prepared simply and well. I went here for lunch. There was no wait and service was excellent. The... music put me in mind of a tropical paradise, and the atmosphere was lovely. I had the genki special roll which was tuna andsalmon with caviar on top of a rice roll that was lightly fried. The fried roll was still warm when I got it. The simple flavorsmarried perfectly with the soy sauce and wasabi. The ginger was lightly pickled and not too sweet. I will definitely be back! Read more
