Rudy's is one of those local gems that always is part of the have to do every so often. Always love stopping by Rudy's for the... pico de gallo with some chips. We live close by and are in here at least once a week for dinner and drinks. Love the chill atmosphere and the staff. The food... is really tasty (the spicy things are actually spicy!) and their tequila selection is great. Lena is an excellent bartender,and chatting with her is the main reason we always sit at the bar. The TVs only matter to us when it's hockey season and theBruins are playing. ;) Their menu has the perfect amount of variety and isn't the same huge list you see at most Tex-Mexplaces. My husband loves their Pollo Verde burrito and their burger (which is made with better cuts of beef than most restaurantburgers). My favorites are the quesadilla appetizer, black bean nachos, and El Grande burrito. (FYI, the kitchen closes at 10pmbut they're open until 11pm on Friday and Saturday.) Read more
Order a burger and it was dry and bland. The side fried were disgusting and have a weird after taste. First and last time!

Went here on a recommendation and I was not disappointed! We got a Pollo Verde burrito and an enchilada 3 ways special. To be... honest, I was sold at the drinks and the salsa, but the food was amazing. Perfect amount of spice in the salsa, great mix ofcraft/Mexican beers, and there were some great tequila cocktails. Got here early for weekend lunch and service was impeccabledespite a dining room that filled up while we ate. Asked my wife when we could go back before we even finished. Kid friendly toboot.
