I liked the ramen here. They only have one vegetarian option, which is the vegetable ramen. I enjoyed the variety of mushrooms... and the umami flavor. The meal was pretty pricey. They charge extra for each additional ingredient you want to add (egg,vegetables, etc.). The atmosphere of this place is very modern, but it feels a bit empty inside. I've found this spot to be reliably delicious. Great bowls of noodles, decent pork buns, and cans of Lamplighter beer. Note the... sign for "Iyo Bistro" above if you're having trouble finding it. Read more
The veggie ramen is to-die-for. Also, the marinated mushrooms were so simple but incredibly delicious. Very high quality food.
