My daughter ordered for me using UberEats and this order was a GROSS FAILURE. Literally got 6 pieces of chicken, celery was an... additional $1.49. I will NEVER EVER AGAIN order from here. It?s a complete RIP OFF. I could have bought an entire fish platefrom Mike?s Roast Beef, which is very good, for like $12.99 with a good size portion with fries and onion rings. I ate the wingsand not shockingly, I?m still hungry. My daughter perhaps believed it including fries, IT DIDN?T. I have to admit, thechicken was good but, not $17.11 good. Definitely OVERPRICED. This place completely changed in so many ways - First thing that completely turns me off about this place is the extremely... immature staff. It?s literally like walking into a high school classroom. They?re constantly on smoke breaks & goofing aroundbehind the counter. Next, the wait time is VERY long. If you order a drink they always forget it & when you remind them, theysay they don?t have it. Also, their boneless wings use to be waaay bigger & they would put a generous amount of sauce over thewings. They put barely ANY sauce now, so I ask for ?extra? sauce on top of the wings to get even just a tiny bit more and eventhen, the wings are still really dry but to mention the sauces don?t taste the same either. I use to order from here weekly so Iknow very well how their food use to be and it seriously changed in a negative way. The worst part .. THEY ARE SO OVER PRICED!!!Seriously, overpriced is an understatement. I don?t know what happened to this place but it?s not the same. Learn from me and seriously don?t bother considering Wings Over Somerville. Last night was the final straw of a tumultuous... chicken-related relationship and I?m out. Feeling brave? Take a look at the pictures of that buffalo chicken wrap. Picturesdon?t do this ?wrap? justice. It was god awful and yes, I?m holding the entire wrap I was delivered, that?s not a single half.(The wings I ordered were dry and chewy too). Would give zero stars if I could. Wings were totally dry and did not have nearly as much BBQ sauce as one would expect. Also... ordered dry rub which came fried... dry rub is not suppose to be fried... ridiculous. Never getting Wings Over ever again Read more
Customer service was absolutely phenomenal. I was really hungry but I truly did not have my wallet and needed to eat something... because I had been out all day. I went in with a couple of bucks and this dude was amazing. He helped me pick pick somethingthat would keep me for a little while and crunchy. Thankful for him.
