Not great customer service and I was shocked when they charged me a $1 for tap water... i will go to starbucks for my drinks and... my ice water. Or better a local coffee shop. Read more

Very limited selection and overly loud for some reason. Had a hard time hearing the cashier.
Stood there for 15 minutes with no line in the store. The staff was busy preparing the pickup orders. Of I had know it would... take that long to yet serviced at the actual counter I would have ordered online while I was there. Order was completely wrong. Ordered a large hot machiatto and was given a large iced matcha latte. I don't like those. Not sure... how that would be screwed up and one mistaken for the other. Maybe make sure the employees can read properly. Read more
Today AM, purchased a Sausage/Egg/Cheese on croissant toasted. Croissant was not toasted and egg was cold. Had to throw it away.... I tried to call in a complaint but no one was picking up. Hence decided to post the review. I am disappointed because it used tobe good here. Not sure if it is a different person preparing the food today. Read more
There are many dunkins in new Jersey, but these guys know how to make hot mocha latte perfectly, i am addicted to this cofeeee
They skimped on bacon in the sandwiches, burnt food causing the whole store to smoke and smell, and left out several items from... order even after assuring us that everything was there. worst dunkin ever. Read more
