We recently hired Masala Art team as our caterer for a large Diwali gathering for Holmdel Indian Association. This was a large... gathering (almost 365 people) and her team was able to handle this very smoothly. The food quality was excellent fromappetizers, main course to desserts. The chicken dish was just out of the world. A gathering of such big size requires extremeamount of coordination, logistics and impeccable execution at multiple levels. Meenakshi and her team went above and beyond tomake it a memorable event for all of our guests. We got lots of rave reviews from all of our guests. This was an outdoorgathering with 48-50 degree weather and even with such low temps she and her team were able to serve us warm food. I wouldhighly recommend her team for any large event. We will be hiring her team for sure in the future for our events in Holmdel. Read more
