Nice store. Very clean, great location, and unique menu. Love the art in the store. The fruit bowls they have here are... fantastic, but I usually come for the smoothies. Employees seem to be nice and very accommodating every time I?m in there. 5stars is mostly for the cleanliness and unique offerings they provide at playa bowls. I would recommend trying this at leastonce. Read more

this is the second time i've been really disappointed in this location. I asked for a pita vida with no honey, the bowl came out... with honey which i can't eat. I politely brought it back and was faced with attitude from the workers. The second bowl was madecorrectly but on my third bite I found an extremely long hair in the granola. I understand that things happen but this is not myfirst experience where i was dissatisfied. I also wrote the company but still haven't heard back from them. I would skip thislocation in the future. I loved the winter "avalanche coconut bowl!" The color is pretty and the flavor is nice and mild enough as a base for the other... toppings. This location is usually pretty good with online orders and keeping things moving. It's a lovely ambiance and I likethat Playa bowls has taken a summer treat and adds seasonal twists to it. When someone orders a FROZEN sorbet based bowl... What you DONT DO.. Is have it sitting on the counter (MELTING) while you wait... for their arrival. I arrived 7 mins earlier than the scheduled pick up time thinking Id just wait... and I just cant imagine ifId been on time, having picked it up and traveled back to my destination only for it to be completely MELTED and INEDIBLE. TheSTAFF at this SPECIFIC location has GOT to do better. I'll stick with ANY of the other locations for sure! They've Always pulledmy order out of a fridge. Read more
