This pizza is AMAZING. I even ate it the next day, cold and it was still so delicious. Hot and fresh pizza is generally... pretty good so a true test is cold, out of the fridge the next day. The crust is the perfect thickness to be satisfying, thickenough to hold the pizza that you can grab it and hold with 1 hand but thin enough that you're not eating all dough. The sauceis rich, flavourful and very garlicky. We got the Sausage and Broccoli Rabe pizza which was so so good. The broccoli rabe wasa perfect pairing to the sausage, which was savoury and not too spicy and not too sweet. The Champlain pizza is a winner of thebest pizza in central NJ, rightly so and don't let its simplicity fool you, it highlights the sauce, cheese and crust perfectly. You must try this place. The pizza was absolutely delicious. We got the Champlain, drunken Nonna, and pepperoni for the kids. They were all so... different but all had great flavor. You can tell they use quality ingredients and I was so impressed at how crunchy it stayedeven though we had take out. Read more
Great pizza! Walk up counter service to order then they bring the food to the table. The guy working at night was great, kept... checking in on us and making sure everything was out and correct. Will definitely order food from here again but take out, itwas a bit warm in there with the ovens on. Ordered their Champlain and vodka margarita pizza, both were DELICIOUS! Read more
I really like their pizza but sometimes it can take an hour even though they tell you 45 minutes. Also have to request that they... don't overcook it because I have received pizza with black crust on the bottom. A bit over cooked I should say. Other than thatI've had the eggplant which is delicious and the parmesan garlic chicken wings are also a favorite. Overall a great pizzeria. Read more
