I had super delicious memories of this place. It was good this time but not quite as good as last time - I had remembered some... kind of amazing steak filet but the only thing on the main menu was a strip steak. In discussing with my husband we think itdepends on what specials are on the menu. Today was a lot of fish which we are not into. But still very good food - I had theravioli from the normal menu and their pink sauce was so yummy. They also have very delicious bread for the table. Good waitstaff. Read more
Decent place, small one page menu, no alcohol. I really couldn't "taste" the difference in the homemade pasta. Bread was... amazing. French onion soup was good but overpriced at $9. Entree items are ok priced in the mid $20+ range, anything additionalwhether appetizer, dessert or after dinner coffee is too overpriced. I like the Somerville location, parking is difficult, tookus 10 mins going through the lots to located a spot. The restaurant lacked any kind of ambiance I typically look for to make ita special occasion place. Read more
I've been to this restaurant for dinner many times, as well as having a couple of shower events, and it never disappoints! Lisa... and her staff are wonderful and the food is delicious. They have a great assortment of appetizers; (the artichokes andmeatballs are to die for!) and their entrees are plentiful, always served hot, and yummy! Great BYOB! Read more

The appetizers are really good. Great French opinion soup. Calimari was top knotch. Salads top of the line. My sister and I had... the special. Nochi, with class, salmon, scallops and muscles. It was good but it was supposed to come with a White wine sauceand it came out with their Pesco marinara. We didn't want to say anything because of the amount of time to correct it. We arenot about getting free stuff. My wife stuffed pork chops were food but she said she wouldn't get it again. She said it felt likeit was pre-cooked and heated up. Food was fresh and delicious, service was also very good. There a several very good restaurants downtown Somerville so it's the... little things that set them apart from each other. Savor was aware it was our anniversary and sent the desert with the(pictured) message. We would have been repeat customers because of the food quality and atmosphere, but will move Savor close tothe top of the list for the extra little steps they took to make it a wonderful dining experience. Great place! We've been here multiple times - a couple times with a small party and then for a bigger birthday celebration.... Always had a great time here. The food is awesome (everything we tried, no need to list any specific dishes) and the service isgreat - definitely a great place to come for either a quiet dinner with friends or for a whole birthday celebration.
